If for any reason a client is unhappy with the thoroughness of our professional residential  cleaning services in the Greater Maple Valley area, contact our office by phone or email at within 24 hours of the visit, and we will happily investigate the reason for concern. Please note we cannot assess service quality more than 24 hours after our visit for oversights, so contact us right away. In the communication, please include pictures, or an itemized list of areas that may still require attention.

After investigation, we may, at our election, agree to send our professional house cleaner back to correct oversights free of charge. When our cleaners have the opportunity to make necessary corrections to meet our customer’s needs, it promotes accountability and increases the chance for 100% satisfaction presently, and in the future. If, and only if, the corrections are made by one of our professional cleaners , and all oversights are deemed fixed, and the customer is still unhappy with the thoroughness of the job, an administrator may come to review the work from our Maple Valley office and may, at their election, offer a discount on the services to win back client trust.
